How can I book a class with you Emily?

Head to the link below. You can book an Online class or a Studio class there. My booking site is MOMO YOGA so you will need to register and then you can view the timetable and book the class that suits you.

How much are classes?

£10.00 pay as you go for the studio classes at Hexham Abbey and £6.00 pay as you go for the Online Classes

Where do you teach your classes?

The Priors Room, Hexham Abbey, Hexham and then Online via Zoom. You get the link sent to you 30 minutes before the class starts.

How often should I practice yoga to see a difference in my flexibility?

It really depends on your starting point but I would advise mixing online classes with studio classes to keep consistency. I practice physical yoga 5 days a week and the meditation aspect daily. The more you do the better you feel!

Can men join yoga classes?

Of course!

I have an injury, will I be able to join your classes?

Of course, please just let me know before you come to class of any medical issues, injuries or reasonable adjustments you need from me. I am here to assist and support you.

I would prefer to do a 1 -2 -1 session with you, how can I do that?

I have limited space for more private clients but I offer both online and in person 1-2-1 sessions. Pricing is available upon request. Please email via the button below.

Can Yoga help with Arthritis?

It can help manage the symptoms, but I suggest going to see a Physiotherapist or Osteopath as well as your GP.

Can Yoga make me more flexible?

Regular practice will definitely increase flexibility. I suggest doing 2-3 sessions a week to notice a difference.

Can Yoga help tone your body?

Yes absolutely, combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise, Yoga can help build strength and muscle in the body through body weight exercise.

Is it safe to practice Yoga in pregnancy?

Yes, if you have practiced Yoga previously, I would suggest speaking to your GP or Health Practitioner and finding a specialist Yoga teacher for pregnancy.
