2025: All classes in the Bodywork’s Centre Hexham

Monday: 6pm: Warmed restorative yoga

Wednesday: 9.30am: Hatha Yoga

Thursday: 7pm: Vinyasa Glow

Private Lessons

I offer 1-2-1 tuition; this is ideal if you have a specific goal in mind or perhaps recovering from injury and the class environment just isn’t for you!

Often enough I can come to your house in Hexham or the surrounding areas, or I can use the studio where I teach my classes.

Private lessons are planned weekly, and are tailored to your needs, whatever they may be!
