Hatha Yoga
Synchronising breath to movement to gain an overall feeling of calm and balance in the body and mind. In these classes both online and in person, we will work through a different theme each week. Perhaps a posture or a feeling or something from Yoga philosophy.
Power yOGA
This is a warming heating class but essentially, this class is recommended for those who like a challenging yoga class. Power comes from within, through poses, breathwork and meditation, we learn how to harness that power off and on the mat.
Hatha Moon
Your ‘weekly dose of calm’. In this class, you will begin to create stability in both the mind and the body. We will do both standing and floor postures, with a focus on deepening the exhalation. Forward folds and twists will always be at the heart of a Moon Practice.
This class is suitable for all levels, and it is recommended to do a Moon Practice every day for most people, but once a week is ideal to get started. It is a treat for your nervous system!
